The purpose of the REAS is to create networking opportunities, provide members with tools and resources that will assist in the development and growth of their individual business, provide freelance opportunities for business and individuals seeking support, and a offer collaborative area for real estate assistants.

Terms of Membership

In order to join REAS, you must meet the following qualifications as a Basic or Professional Member:

• Members agree to not engage in spamming, flaming, and/or any unprofessional behavior towards fellow members, clients or job posters.
• Acceptance of the REAS Professionals Terms and Code of Ethics.
• Basic members must be new to the industry and actively seeking educational enhancement.
• Basic Member can only be listed as a basic member for one year.
• Basic Members must be in the process of starting his/her how business or newly employed by an active real estate sales agent or broker.
• Professional Members must have an active website that is independently hosted and not listed as a sub-domain.
• Professional Members must have a full time practice with posted business hours.
• Professional Members must be an independent business owner, no franchises.
• UREATC successful graduates qualify for a 50% discount on the one year membership
